At the peak of his career in the 80s, legendary Nigerian jùjú artiste King Sunny Adé made a foray into Hollywood with some success. His music was featured in Jim McBride’s cult classic, Breathless and also in the 1986 comedy, One More Saturday Night, but Sunny Adé’s biggest moment on the silver screen came in 1987 when he acted in Robert Altman’s eccentric comedy, O.C. and Stiggs, a movie which he also scored.
